What are the opening hours?
Email service is 24 hours a day from Monday to Sunday.
Telephone attention is from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 7:00 p.m., Sundays and holidays from 9:00 am to 3:00 p.m.

What is the order delivery schedule?
We have three delivery shifts, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 m., from 11:00 m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. but if you want it to be delivered at a time outside of these times we can also do it.

What are the accepted payment methods?
Orders can be paid through deposits and bank transfers to our accounts at Banco de Crédito, Banco Continental or Banco Interbank.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club credit cards through our 2CheckOut (2CO) y PayPal module at the end of the purchase process on our website.

If you are affiliated with PayPal you can also use it from anywhere in the world.
Another form of payment if you live outside of Peru is through Western Union or MoneyGram and its network of agencies around the world or online.

How to request an order?
You can do so through our website or by email to ventas@rosabel.com, by telephone at (511) 4771584 / cell phone 99170-0655 where you will be asked for all the delivery, dedication and payment information.

Can changes in colors and flowers be made in the arrangements that appear on the website?
Our arrangements are delivered as they are seen on our website but if the client requests it we can make changes in colors and/or types of flowers.

How do you know if your order has been delivered?
As soon as your order has been received, we send you an email or call you by phone giving you the details of it.

What happens if you are going to drop off the gift and can't find someone at the address or can't receive it?
In the event of a difficulty in the delivery of the order due to incorrect address or absence of people at the indicated address, FLORERIA ROSABEL will contact the customer by sending an email or by phone to coordinate and complete the delivery, with the customer assuming the cost of reshipping. .
